Framework agreement for the purchase of ventilation filters 2nd call for tenders

Description

The tender contest concerns the procurement of ventilation filters. The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with up to 1 tenderer. Lot 1: The total value of the procurement is estimated at NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value of annual contracts is based on previous historical figures and approximate estimates. This estimate must be seen as a binding volume for procurements under the framework agreement. The procurement of ventilation filters will vary from year to year, in accordance with the Contracting Authority´s needs. The Contracting Authority will place orders according to need. The delivery location will be agreed upon for each individual order, and the delivery will be labelled with the building name, facility ID and size. This is in accordance with the Price Form. Waste bags for used filters must be provided, and it is up to each building operator to order this as well. The framework agreement has an upper limit of NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.
