Description

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake Fencing works on the social housing stock. BCH wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. Successful Contractors will be expected to sign up to the JCT Framework Agreement with individual JCT contracts as necessary to cover the work as it is undertaken. Keywords: Fencing
