Description

The number of rough sleepers in the City of London remains high. These individuals are generally divided into two groups: those with a short-term history of rough sleeping and a more entrenched group with multiple instances of rough sleeping over several years, often referred to as "Living on the Streets." Unlike the Core Outreach service, this initiative focuses exclusively on entrenched rough sleepers and those with long-term rough sleeping histories across various locations. It offers comprehensive support, not only during periods of rough sleeping but also by helping individuals navigate all relevant support services and accommodation options, aiming for permanent resettlement and preventing a return to rough sleeping.
