Description
Future Valleys the proposed consortium for delivery of sections 5&6 of the Heads of the Valleys Improvement Scheme wish to invite suitably qualified sub-contractors to bid for one or more of the following packages of work. 1) Land Surveys – establishment of baseline control and physically pegging out the boundaries at approximate 20m intervals of this 18km scheme. 2) Ground and Aerial photography – to be carried out pre-commencement and monthly to record progress. 3) Property Condition Surveys, to buildings within the zone of influence of the scheme. 4) Site Clearance – consisting of reptile relocation (by habitat removal) and clearance of woodlands over an area of approximately 80HA 5) Fencing – temporary and permanent fencing to this 18km scheme Participation in our community benefits scheme at an appropriate level is a tender deliverable.
