The University of the Highlands and Islands currently utilises the SpringShare Content Management System - LibGuides, with the LibAnswers Live Chat function integrated into the Content Management System. To ensure compliance with the Procurement Policy of the University and Procurement Legislation, UHI wish to understand the alternatives which are available, to inform a future procurement process. The University, on behalf of its academic partners, has a requirement for a content management system, which has an integrated live chat and FAQS functionality. The University wish to understand the capabilities which are available in the marketplace.
