Kartverket [the Norwegian Mapping Authority] is in the establishment phase of automating processes through the use of a RPA tool. The procurement concerns a contract for use of a cloud solution for robotised process automation (RPA) The purpose of using a RPA tool is to automatic and streamline internal processes in the Norwegian Mapping Authority. The procurement concerns a contract for use of a cloud solution for robotised process automation (RPA) The purpose of using a RPA tool is to automatic and streamline internal processes in the Norwegian Mapping Authority. The Norwegian Mapping Authority’s goal for 2022 is to analyse current work processes in order to uncover work tasks suitable to automation. The supplier must be able to function as an advisor in connection with the process mapping and calculate ROI on recommended automations. We anticipate two to three processes in 2022. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 500,000 - NOK 1 million per year excluding VAT. This is only an estimate and will not be binding for the contracting authority. As this is an immature area for the Norwegian Mapping Authority the volume is extremely uncertain and depends on several factors, among others, economic framework terms, changes in need and the market situation.
