Top system for BAS - building automation system

Description

The top system for BAS will see to the contracting authority's need for monitoring, controlling, and serving technical installations. The joint top system must be able to communicate and interact directly with substations independent of brand, and will monitor all the technical installations that are connected to the automation in a building, which includes, amongst other things, ventilation, heat production, cooling, room control, sun screening, and energy consumption, etc. Lot 1: The top system for BAS will see to the contracting authority's need for monitoring, controlling, and serving technical installations. The joint top system must be able to communicate and interact directly with substations independent of brand, and will monitor all the technical installations that are connected to the automation in a building, which includes, amongst other things, ventilation, heat production, cooling, room control, sun screening, and energy consumption, etc. The contract is a continuing contract and will be automatically extended for one year at a time. The scope can vary during the contract period. We estimate that 2 resources will be required in the implementation period. The estimate in the continuing contract period is that 0.25 to 1 resource will be required. This can be higher at times.
