Konventionel frisk frugt og grønt/økologisk frisk frugt og grønt 3. Kød og pålæg Undtaget fra udbuddet er: — Frisk bagerbrød og kager — Kaffe og the — Vin, øl og læskedrikke. Delaftalen omhandler frostvarer, frosset fjerkræ, frosset og frisk fisk, fedtstoffer og æg, mejeriprodukter, konserves, kolonial, bouillon, sovs, suppe, saft, juice og marmelade, forarbejdede kartofler, snitgrønt, industrifremstillet brød, færdigblandede salater mv. Delaftalen er opdelt i en storkøkkenaftale (1a) og en aftale for de mindre institutioner (1b). Delaftalen omhandler konventionel frisk frugt og grønt/økologisk frisk frugt og grønt.
