Kriminalforsorgen udbyder en kontrakt vedrørende levering af kiosk- og fødevarer til indsatte på tværs af flere af Kriminalforsorgens arrester. Udbuddet omfatter op til 29 matrikler og inkluderer optioner for at tilføje flere arrester efter behov. Sortimentet vil bestå af et begrænset udvalg af både konventionelle og økologiske kiosk- og dagligvarer. Formålet er at etablere en standardiseret aftale, der sikrer ensartet sortiment, leverance, bestillings- og betalingsmetode samt sikkerhed på tværs af alle arrester. Det er desuden hensigten at gøre alle arrester kontantløse ved at trække betalinger fra de indsattes KØLS-konti.
