The property consists of parts of cadastral no. 200, title no. 22 which until the conversion of E6 consisted of road area and associated green areas/ other road base. Today the site consists of a temporary road system in connection with the local road network being rebuilt. The area is temporary regulated to the central purpose, and will be assessed as a development site in accordance with the regulation.
