Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 90% of UK’ social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”) and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015. PfH is administered by Inprova Limited and is headquartered in the North West of England with over 20 years of expertise and experience offering a complete procurement solutions package across outsourcing, technology and consultancy. By integrating procurement services and technology, Inprova operates as a delivery partner, supporting business performance improvement for the public sector. PfH is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to be part of it's Planned Works Framework. The framework will operate nationally and will cover 19 lots. Lot 1: Kitchen Supply The supply of kitchens and associated kitchen products. Including but not limited to, the supply of kitchen cupboards, units, worktops, sinks and all other associated products and services. Lot 2: Kitchen Supply (Branch network) The supply of kitchens and associated kitchen products. Including but not limited to, the supply of kitchen cupboards, units, worktops, sinks and all other associated products and services. Lot 3: Windows and Doors Supply Only - UPVC The supply of UPVC windows & doors and associated products and services. Including but not limited to UPVC windows, doors, associated products, fixtures, fittings, and services. Lot 4: Windows and Doors Supply Only - Timber The supply of timber windows & doors and associated products and services. Including but not limited to timber windows, doors, associated products, fixtures, fittings, and services. Lot 5: Windows and Doors Supply and Install – Composite The supply and installation of composite windows & doors and associated Works. Including but not limited to the supply and installation of composite windows, doors, associated products, fixtures and fittings. Lot 7: Windows and Doors Supply and Install – Timber The supply and installation of timber windows & doors and associated Works. Including but not limited to the supply and installation of timber windows, doors, associated products, fixtures and fittings. Lot 8: Windows and Doors Supply and Install – Aluminium The supply and installation of aluminium windows & doors and associated Works. Including but not limited to the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, associated products, fixtures and fittings. Lot 10: Kitchens & Bathrooms Supply and Install – Value Band 2 (2m+ GBP) The supply and installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and associated works. Including but not limited to installation of kitchens, patching plasterworks, painting and decorating, tiling, joinery, electrical requirements, the supply and installation of sanitaryware, plumbing and pipe replacement works, patching plasterworks, painting and decorating, tiling, joinery and flooring. Lot 6: Windows and Doors Supply and Install – UPVC The supply and installation of UPVC windows & doors and associated Works. Including but not limited to the supply and installation of UPVC windows, doors, associated products, fixtures and fittings. Lot 11: Electrical Works Installation works which may include but not limited to rewiring and upgrading of existing systems within properties and all associated works plus renewable solutions and testing and maintenance of domestic, commercial, appliances, heating systems. Lot 12: Cyclical Painting and Decoration Works Painting and decoration including but not limited to pre-paint repairs including but not limited to brickwork repairs. Lot 13: Roofing Materials Supply The supply of roofing materials and associated products and services. Including but not limited to roof coverings, fascias, soffits bargeboard and rainwater goods. Lot 14: Roofing Works – Value Band 1 (0-1m GBP) The supply and installation of pitch and flat roofing and all ancillary works including roofline, rainwater, ancillary, chimney pointing, porch repairs and installation of canopies. Lot 15: Roofing Works – Value Band 2 (1m+ GBP) The supply and installation of pitch and flat roofing and all ancillary works including roofline, rainwater, ancillary, chimney pointing, porch repairs and installation of canopies. Lot 16: Whole House Works – Value Band 1 (0-1m GBP) Installation of kitchens and bathrooms and associated works. Installation windows, doors, Roofing and associated works, electrical and heating works, decorating and building works and decarbonisation works. Lot 17: Whole House Works – Value Band 2 (1m-3m GBP) Installation of kitchens and bathrooms and associated works. Installation windows, doors, Roofing and associated works, electrical and heating works, decorating and building works and decarbonisation works. Lot 18: Whole House Works – Value Band 3 (3m+ GBP) Installation of kitchens and bathrooms and associated works. Installation windows, doors, Roofing and associated works, electrical and heating works, decorating and building works and decarbonisation works. Lot 19: Surrounding Works Works including but not limited to, hard landscaping, installation of gates and fencing, drainage works, driveways and associated works.
