This Tender is for partial demolition of the Clune Park Estate in Port Glasgow, specifically, the whole of Block 2 and part of Block 3, the Church, and the School & Resource Centre, as shown on the Drawings and the Specification included in the Tender Documents. The scope of work will include a “soft strip” (where appropriate) of all fittings, furniture and equipment, followed by controlled demolition (by mechanical-means). The scope of work also includes removal of foundations, underground utilities, and associated redundant items, and the reinstatement of all surfaces. Note: Disconnections of mains utilities shall be arranged - and paid - by the Contracting Authority.
