Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of digital radio communication and associated equipment and services for the Norwegian Foreign Services that the ministry's own capacity and competence cannot cover. The procurement will mainly consist of digital radio equipment (DMR) such as base stations, vehicle-mounted radios and handsets, as well as installation services for the equipment. 1-2 installations of complete communication systems are scheduled a year, in addition to replacements of older communication equipment in some foreign service stations. The estimated value of the framework agreement is from NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT to NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire framework agreement period. Lot 1: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of digital radio communication and associated equipment and services for the Norwegian Foreign Services that the ministry's own capacity and competence cannot cover. The framework agreement will have a duration of two years, and an option to extend the agreement for two more years - one year at the time (2+1+1) The procurement will mainly consist of digital radio equipment (DMR) such as base stations, vehicle-mounted radios and handsets, as well as installation services for the equipment. Tenderers must be able to provide training in the equipment and must be able to answer questions from users in the foreign service stations, as well as centrally from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The framework agreement will also include replacing material, possibly repairing old and/or faulty equipment that has been sent home. Some of the stations still have analogue VHF communication. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The estimates are very uncertain, as, amongst other things, the security situation at the foreign service stations is constantly changing. This will depend on measures resulting from the stations' risk assessments.
