Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced partner to deliver a Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector Infrastructure service. The aim of the contract is to support a vibrant and growing local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector across the Borough Please note - The Council along with all other North East Local Authorities has implemented a new e-tendering system called OPEN. This means that the Council will no longer be publishing tender/quote opportunities through this ProActis / ProContract tool from 1 April 2025.
