The Provision of Fleet Telematics for the Office of Public Works. This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to the establishment of a single-party contract for the purchase, supply and servicing of fleet telematics. This includes the selection of a Contractor for the proposed purchase and supply of goods to install/implement, maintain and support a telematics system for the Office of Public Works (OPW) and to provide other relevant services such as the development of training materials, project management and change management support for the implementation of the project. The OPW Fleet carries out a wide range of duties across its business units. The fleet is mixed and includes light and heavy goods vehicles, passenger vehicles and work vehicles such as tractors and utility vehicles, as well as a wide range of off-road construction equipment. The fleet is based across all OPW offices, depots and sites across Ireland. The purpose of this Competition is to establish a single supplier contract for Services (“Services Contract”) with the Contracting Authority
