Den udbudte koncessionsydelse (herefter Koncessionsydelsen) omfatter installation, montering, levering, idriftsættelse og servicering af ladestandere til elbiler i Hvidovre Kommune på 36 udvalgte parkeringsarealer, som kommunen ejer eller har råderet over, jf. bestemmelserne i den udbudte koncessionskontrakt. Lot 1: Se punkt II.1.4). Koncesisonskontraktens løbetid kan forlænges i op til 5 gange 1 år af hensyn til den nødvendige rentabilitet for koncessionshaver, jf. Koncessionsdirektivets art. 18. Løbetiden regnes fra idriftsættelse af de leverede ladestandere. Lot 1: Se punkt II.1.4).
