Hiring of Building Operations (Works Technician) at the National Arrival Centre

Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI) (the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) as the contracting authority requests tenders for building operations at Nasjonalt ankomstsenter (NAS) (the National Arrival Centre) for asylum seekers in Råde in Østfold. Lot 1: The building operations service to be procured in this tender contest can be divided into three components: Component 1: Follow-up the entire building and outdoor area in-line with MOM documentation that will be delivered with the construction project and in accordance with the service description (appendix 3) that lists necessary operations and maintenance with associated service contracts that must be followed-up. The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration's responsibility for operation and ongoing maintenance as defined in the lease contract will be safeguarded (see Annex 7). Component 2: Carry out minor maintenance assignments and damage improvements at the centre — traditional janitor services. Component 3: Assist with ordering and inspection of services, including major maintenance and improvement that cannot be carried out by building operations and work where i is necessary to engage trade companies. This is measures determined and ordered by the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.
