Description

The Commissioner is seeking to commission a Road Victim Service to provide support to individuals and families bereaved by road collisions. Support is to be offered whether or not a crime has been recorded in a case. A dedicated caseworker should deliver support within the Dyfed Powys region, providing case managed care with face-to-face local support for as long as required. A flexible, bilingual service is required to cover the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys in the first instance. Lot 1: Open tender for the establishment of a multi supplier or single source framework. Named Contracting Authorities, North Wales, South Wales and Gwent have the option to utilise the framework depending on internal timelines and demand.
