Description

Torfaen County Borough Council are looking to establish a framework of training providers in order to support the delivery of 2 European Social Fund (ESF) grant funded operations (projects) ‘Bridges into Work 2’ and ‘Working Skills for Adults 2’. This joint framework will cover both operations and is designed to ensure that, in terms of the training provision required, the partners (Joint Beneficiaries) involved in the operations have access to a range of providers who can deliver the different training requirements, some of which are general and some of which are highly specialised.
