Skattekontoen er betegnelsen for den opkrævningsløsning, der håndterer Skatteforvaltningens fordringer i henhold til Opkrævningsloven. Skattekontoen er en samlet indgang til betalinger og opkrævninger for virksomheder, og her kan virksomheden også se virksomhedens og Skatteforvaltningens samlede mellemværende. Skattekontoen består af 3 moduler: DebitorMotorOpkrævning (DMO), DebitorMotorService (DMS) og Fordringsfordeleren (FFD). Leverandøren skal i henhold til den udbudte kontrakt etablere en platform som grundlag for leverandørens drift, support og vedligeholdelse af systemet. Leverandøren skal herudover stille de nødvendige ressourcer til rådighed for, at Skattekontoen løbende kan videreudvikles til at indeholde yderligere funktionalitet under hensyntagen til ordregivers behov og forretning. Ved etablering af platformen skal leverandøren sikre, at platformen har tilstrækkelig kapacitet, og at platformen løbende kan skaleres, når ordregivers behov ændres.
