TO ALL TENDERING BODIES Re: EU Presidency Project - C and S PSDP Assigned Certifier Tender 20th December 2024 The Office of Public Works is pleased to invite you to submit a tender for EU Presidency Project - C andS PSDP Assigned Certifier Tender, as detailed in the following documents. • Definitive Project Brief_EU Presidency Final • FTS9-v1.10-16-09-2024 • ITT-S2b-v2.0-04-11-2024 • Project Bundle 02 • Project Bundle 03 • Project Bundle 04 • Project Bundles Reference Plan • QC2-Part-1-v3.1-04-11-2024 • QC-Part-2-v1.1-04-11-2024 The professional services required for each project bundle listed are – - Project Bundle 01 No professional services required - Project Bundle 02 Civil and Structural, Project Supervisor Design Process, Assigned Certifier services required - Project Bundle 03 Civil and Structural, Project Supervisor Design Process services required - Project Bundle 04 Civil and Structural, Project Supervisor Design Process services required Each project bundle will have a separate design team and a separate meeting schedule Tenderers must return Tenders in the format described in the Instructions to Tenderers to be deemed a valid tender. All Queries must be submitted through the Etenders OJEU RFT. All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and in any event not later than queries date specified in the Etenders OJEU RFT.
