Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority are seeking a supplier to provide Grounds Maintenance services, the service shall be provided under the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority Terms and Conditions for services.The requirement is split into two Lots:Lot 1 - Grounds Maintenance ServicesLot 2 - Brown Sedum Roof Maintenance at Park Noyadd Combined FacilityThere is no restriction of the number of Lots suppliers may bid for.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=148199.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Should you wish to propose any changes to the terms and conditions post tender for our consideration, you will need to take the following steps.1. If you want to change any sections highlight those sections in yellow – do not delete them under tracked changes as we do double strike through on any redundant terms and conditions.2. Add comments explaining why you want to amend / delete them.3. Do not add new sections as this will affect the numbering on the document – if you want to add additional terms and conditions just make a note of them on a Word document and name the document Terms and Conditions Change Request.N.B. Please note that only in exceptional circumstances will we agree to any changes to our terms and conditions – they will not be accepted as a matter of course as we make it clear at the tender stage that you agree to accept our terms and conditions when trading with us.(WA Ref:148199)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
