Robey Lincoln Boiler No1 NDT Preparation

Description

For the supply of appropriate labour, consumables, tools and materials to carry out the following: -<br />- Burner Removal<br />- Removal of burner quarl<br />- Polishing of following internal welds:<br />- Access tube to rear tubeplate weld.<br />- Access tube to rear combustion chamber tubeplate weld.<br />- Furnace to combustion chamber tubeplate weld<br />- Furnace to front tubeplate weld<br />- Rear tubeplate/tube welds<br />- Front tubeplate/tube welds<br />- Upon completion of satisfactory NDT (by others), reinstatement of<br />- Burner quarl (HBE supply)<br />- Provision of services of appropriately confined space trained refractory engineers<br /><br />Exclusions (where applicable):<br />- All Insurance Surveyor Costs<br />- All NDT examination costs<br />- Isolation of boiler electrical/steam/water<br />- Waste disposal off site/provision of skip<br />
