For the supply of appropriate labour, consumables, tools and materials to carry out the following: -<br />Option 1 – Tubeplate section<br />(preferred due to thinning at the weld joint due to the number of previous repairs and numerous hot/cold cycles with repeated cutting/welding on it)<br />•Remove section of tubeplate<br />•Grind out cracking in rear access ring<br />•Interim NDT by others<br />•Weld repair worked area<br />•Replace the tubeplate section with new material<br />•Reweld door attachments<br />•Pressure test on completion
