Description

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake a variety of repair and maintenance works under thirteen Lots within a framework agreement. The Lots are as follows: Lot 1 — Asbestos Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 2 — Electrical Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 3 — Floor Covering Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 4 — Gas Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 5 — General Building Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 6 — Plastering Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 7 — Plumbing Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 8 — Preservation Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 9 — Roofing & Associated Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 10 — Scaffolding Works. Lot 11 — Jetting, CCTV Surveys and Drainage Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 12 — Painting & Decorating Repair & Maintenance Works. Lot 13 — Window and Door Replacement Works. Generally the work will be carried out in domestic properties owned by the Council; however the Council also reserves the right to use this framework in all other relevant areas of the Council's business such as commercial properties, should the need occur.
