Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide external refurbishment works on Trusteel MkII construction properties, including but not limited to, Re-Roofing, EWI & Associated Works as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 11 (“ITT”).Please note, additional Drawings & Asbestos documents will be uploaded to Sell2Wales in early January.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146902.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
