Banedanmark har i dag skræddersyede applikationer til visning af trafikinformation samt overvågning, logning og konfiguration af trafikinformationsudstyr (hardware), herunder skærme på perroner, der informerer rejsende om hvilke tog, der afgår hvornår. Formålet med kontrakten er at sikre løbende vedligehold og support på applikationerne, samt videreudvikling på applikationerne, såfremt dette skulle blive nødvendigt. Forud for disse ydelser, vil der foregå en transition, der bl.a. indebærer, at den kommende leverandør skal etablere et vedligeholdelses- og udviklingsmiljø, således leverandøren er i stand til at udføre vedligeholdelses- og udviklingsopgaver på applikationerne.
