To provide advice & support to the Council on all aspects of building condition/maintenance matters, to include, but not limited to: • Building condition surveys. • Dilapidations - preparation & service of schedules & negotiation of claims. • Providing strategic advice on dilapidations approach & timing. • Providing maintenance advice.
