Description

The service should cover the removal of external masonry paint/brickwork cleaning to properties around the Wythenshawe area which are of masonry cavity construction. This will often involve the removal of multiple layers of non-compatible masonry paint, which should be confirmed on survey and the appropriate treatment agreed with WCHG. As an optional requirement, WCHG are also open to those offering consequent follow-on repointing and brickwork repairs where required, in addition to the main requirement of external paint removal.
