Description
The School of Biological and Chemical Sciences, University of Galway, wish to establish a single operator framework agreement for the supply of Electroporation Equipment that specifically uses Nucleofector Technology (or equivalent) for the transfection of difficult to transfect cells. The initial requirement is the supply of an Electroporation Instrument to electroporate DNA and Cas9-sgRNA RNPs into Salpingoeca rosetta cells, using Nucleofector Technology or equivalent.
