La consultation porte sur les prestations désignées ci-après :-l'acquisition des licence logicielles pour une utilisation au sein des entités de la collectivité du Var, en particulier par la direction des ressources humaines mais également de l'ensemble des agents (exemple: portail agent)-la mise en oeuvre de la solution logicielle incluant les ateliers de conception, de spécifications générale, détaillées, paramétrage, adaptations si nécessaire, recettes éditeur, formation, fournitures des documents produits techniques et fonctionnelles, accompagnement et support aux équipes-la tierce maintenance applicative de la solution comprenant la maintenance corrective, évolutive, l'exploitation, les formations et le conseil dans l'utilisation et l'évolution du logiciel-l'accompagnement au changement et l'assistanceLe financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental
