Voluntary Ex-ante Transparency Notice on the Upgrade/Expansion of an Existing Machine Room Simulator

Rogaland Vocational College has had its Diku application approved for the upgrade/expansion of an existing Kongsberg machine room simulator. The machine room simulator K-SIM is used in teaching and to increase capacity in the existing infrastructure. Lot 1: This is an upgrade/expansion of an existing Kongsberg machine room simulator. This will involve the procurement of both goods and services. The goods will consist of a switch panel with 7 sections, engine room, control console, simulator software for ERS Model DEDF 42 Cruise Ferry II, BigView licences, and complete interface for this. The delivery will be delivered free of charge to the Vocational College in Haugesund, Rogaland (CIP/DAP Incoterms 2020), with the exception of other components that might have to be ordered from abroad. A documentation package will also be delivered. The delivery includes a function test of the entire system, where the machine room simulator will be used. Otherwise it is worth mentioning that the ERS model 'DEDF 42 Cruise Ferry II' replaces the existing 'DE 22-11 Cruise Vessel'. The offer has been given by Kongsberg Digital AS based on their general contract terms, which will be open for minor negotiations.
