Lot 1: Leistungsbestandteile sind die einmalige Anbindung der technischen Systeme, die Beantwortung, Rückvermittlung und Dokumentation von überlaufenden Kunden-, Interessenten-, Partner- und sonstigen Anrufen, das Sicherstellen der Kommunikations- und Leistungsqualität sowie begleitendes Qualitätsmanagement und Berichtswesen. Im Wesentlichen sind die Überläufe zweier Zeitintervalle (Intervall 1: 07:30 bis 20:00 Uhr; Intervall 2: 20:01 bis 07:29 Uhr UND Samstage, Sonntage, bundeseinheitliche und -nichteinheitliche Feiertage) zu übernehmen. Darüber hinaus sind optionale Leistungen enthalten, deren zeitliche Realisierung und tatsächlicher Umfang erst während der Vertragslaufzeit detailliert festgelegt werden können.
