This notice is in replacement of previous notices: 2014-OJS067-115790 (4-04-2014), 2015-OJS157-289913 (15-08-2015), 2016-OJS007-008958 (12-01-2016), and 2016-OJS048-080577 (09-03-2016). DONG Energy's Tendering System (DETS) has been established as a scheme in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs of sourcing various services related to offshore wind farms, in this instance for Project Certification Services (PCS). The complete overview of specific scopes covered by DETS is available at: https://tendering.dongenergy.com from where detailed qualification material including instructions to qualification can be downloaded. The DONG Energy affiliated contracting entities covered by the DETS are listed in Section VI) and on: https:// tendering.dongenergy.com When an additional contracting entity is added to the list, an additional notice will be published. These contracting entities covered by the DETS, may use DETS as a means of calling for competition cf. Article 44 4.(b) of Directive 2014-25-EU. Please note that the admittance to DETS does not guarantee the applicant award of contracts and that the contracting entities reserve the right to publish individual contract notices for specific contracts when deemed appropriate and/or necessary, even though the contracts relate to the product and service categories covered by DETS. The preparation of the bidder lists will be based on the suppliers which have passed the qualification procedure cf. Section III.1.1) without further notification in the ‘Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities’ (OJEU/TED).
