The Contract is for the provision of refurbishment works at Burnavon Arts and Cultural Centre, Burn Road Cookstown BT80 8DR funded by MUDC. The project and a general description of the works are as listed below; • Removal and replacement of existing upholstered theatre seating including steel frames, all carpeting and plyboard under build and associated lighting from the current retractable seating system. • New half steps and colour contrast nosing together with new isle numbering to be included. Please note that the described works above may be subject to change.
