Specification 1. Devise a 5-year agricultural landowner engagement strategy To include: • A launch event to bring stakeholders together. • Individual farm visits and follow up visits. • Creating a narrative around making changes, that can engage with local communities in a way that they can relate to. 2. Engage Stakeholders. Deliver the launch event. Contact all the landowners within the catchment and arrange access for surveys and begin the engagement process, using the landowner information provided by the EA. Record all landowners' responses. There are approximately 30-40 landowners in the catchment area. 3. Create an Ecological Baseline Complete a walkover of the catchment to assess the ecology of the catchment drainage channels and banksides, following the UKHabs survey methodology. Record birds, mammals and any other wildlife e.g. dragonflies and butterflies as a part of a wildlife survey. Produce a detailed report with a catchment map as well as maps of each reach and photographs. The latter
