The objective of this tender is to have a competent provider/supplier in place to ensure there is safe pedestrian and/or vehicular access and egress for staff, students and visitors to SETU campuses where ground temperatures are predicted to be (minus) -04 degrees Celsius and/or below and also predicted adverse icy ground conditions and/or snow in the Waterford and Carlow area’s by Met Eireann.
