The Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicestershire requires a communications strategy by drawing on existing police-owned data and insights as well as external market research to create a comprehensive strategy document reflective of the requirements. The provider is not required to design or produce a brand identity itself. Leicestershire Police require guidance and advice when starting to produce its own campaign branding material based on the strategy product.
