This is a Compliance Consultancy Framework covering the following workstreams Lot 1 – Building Safety Lot 2 – Audit Lot 3 – Water Hygiene Risk Assessments Lot 4 – Asbestos Inspections and Testing Lot 5 – Fire Consultancy Lot 6 – Heating Consultancy Lot 1: Building Safety Lot 1 – Building Safety will cover all aspects of building safety including Desktop gap analysis, reviews, reports, safety management, training and assessments Lot 2: Lot 2 – Audit Lot 2 – Audit will cover all aspects of Audit including Desktop audits, quality assurance and compliance consultancy services Lot 3: Lot 3 – Water Hygiene Risk Assessments Lot 3 – Water Hygiene Risk Assessments will cover all elements of Water Hygiene Risk Assessments including Periodic servicing and inspections, monitoring, risk assessments and/or review, temperature tests and disinfections, routine maintenance Lot 4: Lot 4 – Asbestos Inspections and Testing Lot 4 – Asbestos Inspections and Testing will cover all elements of Asbestos Inspections including Inspections, surveys, testing, analysis, training, and consultancy Lot 5: Fire Consultancy Lot 5 – Fire Consultancy will cover all elements of Fire Consultancy including Compartmentation surveys, fire risk assessments, fire door inspections and asset tagging Lot 6: Heating Consultancy Lot 6 – Heating Consultancy will cover all elements of Heating Consultancy including Service management, safety certificate validation which includes servicing, inspection and installation certificates.
