Die Stadt Pinneberg plant für die Grundschule Thesdorf in Pinneberg den Neubau eines Schulgebäudes. Ein Teil der Bestandsgebäude entlang der Pestalozzistraße soll durch den Neubau ersetzt werden. Der Neubau ist in einen geschossigen (1.BA) und einen 2-geschossigen (2.BA) Gebäudeabschnitt mit dazwischenliegendem Eingangsbereich aufgeteilt. Die 2-geschossige Mensa erhält eine umlaufende Galerie. Die nachhaltige Gebäudeplanung richtet sich nach dem Motto "Schule hat Vorbildfunktion" aus, weshalb auch nachhaltige Materialien zum Einsatz kommen und die Flachdächer begrünt werden.Die Leistung umfasst die Innenputzarbeiten des zweigeschossigen Trakts. Sämtliche Wandflächen aus Beton oder Mauerwerk sind mit Innenputz auszuführen. inkl. sämtlicher Laibungen.
