Description

El presente contrato tiene por objeto el suministro e instalación de equipamiento hardware y software así como la ingeniería necesaria para la actualización y adecuación a futuros proyectos del sistema de automatización y control (DCS) existente en el Centro de Desarrollo de Tecnologías de Cubillos del Sil. Se solicita, además, la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento preventivo así como servicios técnicos de soporte y desarrollo, en el Marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (PRTR), correspondiente a la licitación P03.C10.I01.P03.S001.02-2023/16 y con estricta sujeción a los pliegos de condiciones particulares (PCP) y de prescripciones técnicas (PPT) que han regido la licitación previa al presente contrato, documentos cuyo valor contractual acepta el contratista plenamente, teniendo a su vez carácter vinculante la oferta presentada por el mismo.
