Bathroom Component Replacement Lot 1: The works comprise the replacement of existing bathrooms including plumbing, electrical, joinery and flooring works to a selection of the Associations properties (59 bathrooms in phase 1 but the max spend will be GBP250k, even if that is less bathrooms) the contract must be fully completed by 31 March 2024. Properties are in scheme 19 and 20 and so are in street-by-street order as per the Address List. The Association reserve the right to offer Medical Adaptations and one-off installs at voids or properties requiring a new bathroom, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 10 –15 per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract.. See attached ITT
