Description
ICT Services have identified a requirement for a new software system for resource and capacity management to allow a greater overview of resources committed to existing programmes of work which will replace the Council’s current outdated service desk system. Lot 1: A procurement exercise was conducted in accordance with Lot 2 Cloud Software of the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement RM1557.14 selection process and the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts.
