Upgrade of smoke detection within the flats of the sheltered scheme to comply with BS5839-6:2019+A1:2020. Coverage within the flats to Grade A / LD1. Aico 3 Series linked detector heads to be installed. Each flat will include optical smoke alarms within the Lounge/Bedroom and Hallway. Multi-Sensor alarm to be fitted within the Kitchen.
