Soft Market Test - Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections

Fire Risk Assessments (Hybrid Type 1/3) and Fire Door Inspections including (as required) Initial Door Tagging (tags, fitting and compliance IT system set-up), (as required) Technical Survey and First Compliance Inspection, Ongoing Compliance Inspections. Currently, our incumbent contractor also provides our FRA Compliance Data Management IT System, however we are exploring options to procure this separately. Lot 1: Plus Dane are seeking input from the market as to what would be the most beneficial way to package and scope a potential future procurement exercise(s). Our requirements are Fire Risk Assessments (Hybrid Type 1/3) and Fire Door Inspections including (as required) Initial Door Tagging (tags, fitting and compliance IT system set-up), (as required) Technical Survey and First Compliance Inspection, Ongoing Compliance Inspections.
