Description
Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the distribution of goods and materials in relation to the completion of repair works within social housing properties and properties across the wider public sector. A list of the individual contracting authorities and organisations entitled to access the framework agreement is provided in Section VI.3. Lot 1: Supply of electrical products for repair services This Lot is for the supply of electrical products for repair services. These products are essential to ensuring that the Customer's maintenance teams, who provide a business-critical service, can complete the repairs of an electrical nature to the required quality and timeframes. There may be occasions when a Customer procures these products for use in other contexts, for example for use in the completion of planned maintenance works. The Lot will provide the Customer with the option for a range of supply methods including collections at a counter from an existing branch network, a delivered service (single or multiple addresses) and van stock replenishment. Additional information: Procure Plus intends to appoint 10 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement beyond the 10 stated above. This option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 10th bidder and the bidders who are ranked in close proximity beneath. Bidders are advised that this is an option and not an obligation on the part of Procure Plus and one that may be exercised on a lot-by-lot basis. Procure Plus reserves the right not to exercise this option and to only appoint 10 companies to this lot at the conclusion of the evaluation. Lot 2: Supply of plumbing and heating products for repair services This Lot is for the supply of plumbing and heating products for repair services. These products are essential to ensuring that the Customer's maintenance teams, who provide a business-critical service, can complete the repairs of a plumbing and heating nature to the required quality and timeframes. Lot 4: Supply of multi product categories for repair services including a managed service The Supplier(s) appointed to this Lot will be expected to be able to provide a solution for the supply of products that has been developed specifically for a Customer. Rather than relying on a Supplier's existing branch network and other resources, this Lot is for Customers who want to design and implement a bespoke supply service consisting of resource that is dedicated to the Customer and will aim to increase the efficiency of material supply to their operatives. The dedicated resource may include methods, locations, vehicles, supply points and staff. The products to be supplied under the Lot include general building, electrical and plumbing products. These products are essential to ensuring that the Customer's maintenance teams, who provide a business-critical service, can complete a range of repairs to the required quality and timeframes. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement beyond the 10 stated above.
