The Council would expect a minimum 2-year product warranty and a 20-year structural warranty. The Council are seeking to ensure that the replacement cubicle is designed to save costs and minimise energy usage. • All the systems installed use minimum electricity and water • The toilets will only be active when in use and for a short period after. • All lights will be LED • Roof can be green sedum, improving the carbon footprint of the toilet • Cleaning is only required in the cubicle and exterior door.
