The City Council has successfully secured funding from Phase 3c of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) to deliver heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures at three historical buildings in Lancaster – Williamson Park, The Storey and City Lab. The council wishes to tender openly for RIBA Stage 4 designs and professional services required for the first of two Work Packages (WP). Work will be delivered over a two-year period with WP 1 (24/25) focussed on design, planning and procurement and WP 2 (25/26) on delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
