Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Monographien von Verlagen aus den Ursprungsländern Deutschland, Österreich und dem deutschsprachigen Teil der Schweiz (D-A-CH) an die Universitätsbibliothek Paderborn für den Zeitraum von 2 Jahren beginnend ab dem 01.09.2023. Ebenso beinhaltet der Vertrag eine viermalige Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr (Gesamtlaufzeit max. sechs Jahre). Lot 1: Der Begriff "Monographien" umfasst ebenfalls elektonische Informationsmedien (insb. E-Book-Einzeltitel mit institutioneller Lizenz), Nicht-Buch-Materialien und Mikroformen. Des Weiteren umfasst das Auftragsportfolio auch die Lieferung von antiquarischen Exemplaren sowie in geringem Umfang die Besorgung von "grauer Literatur".
