Repairs and Maintenance Wrap Around Contract in Lots

Taff Housing Association are seeking to establish a multi supplier multi lot contract for the provision of reactive and minor works to supplement provision by its own Direct Labour Unit (DLU), the provision of out of hours responsive repairs services for responsive repairs including gas, plumbing and electrical works and void and physical adaptation grant works. Taff are looking to appoint suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations (Suppliers) to supply labour and materials to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and maintenance works. All works are to be completed in domestic and hostel properties throughout the City of Cardiff. This standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is being issued in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 ("the Regulations"). Please complete this (SSQ) as instructed, and then submit the completed document and any other files requested in the document to your SSQ reply and then return electronically via Sell2Wales no later than 12 (noon) on 6th September 2024.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143373.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
